Fidelity Investments Inc., commonly referred to as Fidelity, earlier as Fidelity Management & Research or FMR, is an American multinational financial services corporation based in Boston, Massachusetts. Fidelity Investments operates a brokerage firm, manages a large family of mutual funds, provides fund distribution and investment advice, retirement services, Index funds, wealth management, cryptocurrency, securities execution and clearance, and life insurance.

A very upset customer mentions, "I had a horrible experience with Fidelity and urge people not to use them for anything. I experienced fraud with my debit card and this company did absolutely nothing. I have requested to speak to the fraud department and I guess that department does not handle calls so I have been waiting for a call for over 2 weeks and nobody has called me. I am stuck to pay $3800 back to a company that I didn't take from I am highly disappointed and will never do business with them again."

"If your employed as a client service executive the firm pays approx. 30% less than its peers in the same sector. A lack of flexibility with working structures. No collective voice that represents employees. e.g the pay rises for the last two years amount to only 0.95% per year Team leaders that have little or no personal skills and appear to be in the role to promote only themselves and not look after their teams. A high turnover of staff due to the above reasons mean an inexperienced workforce struggles to maintain consistency of information leading to an unhappy clientele and stressed employees."

"A good place to start but the pay is so low you won't stay and benefits are only worth while if there for 5 to 10 years. Good training, or at least is used to be. They only care about metrics, and micro manage everyone. Track your work down to seconds. Make teams compete against each other rather than help each other.Free paid training, free parking, nice coworkersLow pay, takes 1 year for 401k match, frenetic pace."

"Still charging 4.95 per trade. Will not let me buy certain stocks. I put in buy orders with limit, hits the limit, no buy. Cancel order, no money to re-buy. Wife and I both have fidelity accounts totaling 1.7 million. I\'m pulling out. DO NOT USE FIDELITY!!!!"

"Seven days, at least, and my account is locked so I can\'t do anything, I am on hold for hours at a time. When I talk to someone which is almost impossible, the account is supposed to be fixed , but its not. they do SS# check, Phone# check, A voice check, I have 2 factor authentication set up. DUH! Who else could it be? 65 min finally talking to someone.. who apparently can\'t do anything.. still on hold. It all started when I was on a public wifi and used a VPN. that made them think someone was breaking into my account because VPN put me in a different country or a different State.... I\'m just guessing. But how can that be with all those safeguards in place?! Answer: The (The Fraud Dept.) is changing all my Account numbers 3-5 days. But they are really busy. Nothing happened Nobody accessed my account. It was me through a VPN. Need to find out their VPN policy. Sucks. A week I can\'t access my account nor get anyone on the phone or through chat to tell me what is going on."

"I would give NEGATIVE stars if possible. Set limit to sell a stock and that limit was achieved BUT never filled. Called Fidelity and got passed around to supervisors who had nothing but excuses. Looking for a different company and telling my story to whoever will listen."
